How to find WNAS

The West Norfolk Aviation Society holds it’s meetings at Mundford Bowls club on the first Tuesday of every month. POST CODE IP26 5DR

Mundford is located close to the Suffolk border, north of Thetford on the cross roads of the A134 to Kings Lynn and and the Brandon to Swaffham A1065 road.

With good links to the A11, A47 and the A134 our meetings are easily accessible to those across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgesghire.

Points of local interest include RAF Lakenheath, RAF Marham and the Desert Rats Memorial. all of which are a short distance away.

PLEASE NOTE: THE BOWLS CLUB IS A CASH ONLY BAR

On entering Mundford village via either St Leonard’s Street or Crown Road, head towards Yallops shop on St Leonard’s Steet. At the corner turn into West Hall Road

Once in West Hall Road at the first corner Mundford Bowls Club is on your right, you have to cross the pavement onto the driveway and into the carpark. If excessively raining (monsoon) please nip in and check its the car park is in use as it’s all grass.
